A Healthy Step into Spring!

The days are becoming warmer and spring is in the air. With the weather warming up, we lose more water from sweating, which is our bodies' way of cooling us down. That is why it is so important that we drink enough water. We have always been taught that we should drink 8 glasses of water every day, but the amount of water we need depends on how tall we are and how much we weigh. Without enough water, our blood can not flow well, our lungs can not give our bodies enough oxygen, and our bodies can not get rid of all the toxins and sicknesses. Water also speeds up our metabolisms, improves our skin, helps our blood sugar levels stabilize, and keeps away many disorders.
