How do you expect to be treated by your friends? With respect? With honesty? We expect to be treated well by our friends, but do you treat YOURSELF just as well? It is important that we treat ourselves well. By treating ourselves well, we set ourselves up to be treated well by others too!

Be HONEST with yourself. It can be hard to admit when we are doing something that is not good for us, or is not good for the people around us. However, we should always be honest with ourselves.
LISTEN carefully to your inner voice and gut instincts. Our inner voice is usually right!
RESPECT yourself and your emotions- YOU are important and have something to say. We should always respect our emotions.
Don't give up who YOU are for anyone. We should all be allowed to be who we are!
Only YOU can decide if you need to change anything about you. We are the only ones who can make a change in ourselves.
