st, do you know what causes your stress? It is important to know what causes stress. Some causes of stress are job pressures, relationship problems and/or financial difficulties. Daily hassles and demands, such as commuting, arranging day care or being over committed at work, can also contribute to your stress level. Do you know stress can be caused by positive events such as getting married, changing jobs, or moving into a new home?
When I am stressed out, I walk, I remove myself from what is causing me stress, I practice relaxation techniques and I pray. How do you manage stress in your life?
