Thursday morning of the Focus Film Festival began with the showing of the short film made about the S.A.Y. program. Kim, Michelle,Ricky and Rosie were there to answer questions from the audience. It was an incredible opportunity showcase S.A.Y and their message. One of the objectives of S.A.Y. is simply to get people talking. Ignoring the bullying epidemic, or telling kids to “just walk away” will not solve anything. Obviously, there will still be bullies but does it need to be an epidemic? The new S.A.Y. brochures were also made available at the festival.
